• Order Number
• Unboxing video of the product 
• Reason for Return/Replacement

Without these 4 details no returns or replacement requests will be entertained.

Once your request is accepted, you will receive an email reply within 24-48 hours.

Return Couriers (if applicable):

• Return/Reverse Shipping will be borne by the customer in all cases (as per actuals).
• We can arrange a return pickup if a pickup facility is available at your pin code, else you can send the product to our office address.
• The original product that’s being returned should be unused and should include all parts, components, accessories and packaging material as it was received by you.

By making a purchase, you are agreeing to abide by these return and replacement terms.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
