Returns and Refund Policy
We Offer 15 Days Free Replacement and a 5 Day Easy Refund Guarantee.
Just drop us an email request at email@example.com within the given time frame along with the following mandatory details:
- Purchaser's Name and Registered Mobile number
- Order Number
- Unboxing video of the product
- Reason for Return/Replacement
Without these 4 details no returns or replacement requests will be entertained.
Once your request is accepted, you will receive an email reply within 24-48 hours.
Return Couriers (if applicable):
- Return/Reverse Shipping will be borne by the customer in all cases (as per actuals).
- We can arrange a return pickup if a pickup facility is available at your pin code, else you can send the product to our office address.
- The original product that’s being returned should be unused and should include all parts, components, accessories and packaging material as it was received by you.
By making a purchase, you are agreeing to abide by these return and replacement terms.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
